What other Platinum Alloys are there?
In the jewellery industry the most common alloys of platinum used are platinum 950 (95% platinum) and platinum 900 (90% platinum).
There are many other alloys produced for various uses.
Precious metals commonly alloyed with Platinum include; Palladium, Rhodium, Iridium, Ruthenium, Gold and Silver.
Non-precious metals commonly alloyed with Platinum include; Copper, Cobalt, Gallium, Molybdenum, Nickel and Tungsten
